In Kathmandu, breakfast will be available. There will also be welcome and farewell dinners taking place for guests. Determination, good physical health, positive attitude and average physical fitness are good preconditions for a successful accomplishment of the trek. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood diseases should inform Utmost Adventure Trekking before booking the trek.
